Android App Disclaimer
Clinton Electronics cannot guarantee that the Android apps “Cricket Connect” and “CEC-Connect” will properly function on all Android based devices. Because the Android platform is evolving at a rapid rate and new devices appear on the market everyday, there are some significant challenges to developing an app that will work on all devices and versions of the Android OS. We are aggressively testing our app on as many devices as possible to ensure that our apps function properly. In some cases device incompatibility will be corrected with the next app update. Note both “Cricket Connect” and “CEC-Connect” are incompatible with all Android based tablets.
If you are experiencing trouble with your Android app “Cricket Connect” and/or “CEC-Connect” please try the following before contacting Clinton Electronics Technical Support.
1. Try the app on Wifi
2. Try restarting your Android device.
3. Try re-installing the app.

• Motorola Atrix on AT&T (Cricket Connect)
• LG G2x on T-Mobile (Cricket Connect)
